Enter the candidate assessment page
In order for you to complete the Candidate Personal Assessment it is necessary that you have Adobe Reader 9.1 installed on your computer. We have included a link below for you to easily install Adobe Reader 9.1 should you not already have this version installed on your computer. Once you have successfully upgraded to 9.1 please return to this page and click the Candidate Personal Assessment link below to open it.
Complete the Candidate Personal Assessment, return to the top the form and click the “Submit” button located in upper right portion of the header. Once clicked a dialog box will appear. Outlook users should leave the default circle darkened and continue through the prompts. If you are not using Outlook darken the second circle and save the form to your desktop or another location when prompted. Open a new outgoing email , attached the saved Candidate Personal Assessment form and email to dmetcalf@metcalfresources.com.
