Dianne Metcalf, CPA  has over 15 years of recruiting and staffing industry experience including the start-up and management of accounting staffing and recruiting offices for two Houston firms.  Prior to joining the recruiting profession Dianne worked in the Energy and the Hospitality Construction and Management industries. Her last position was with a publicly traded Exploration & Production company where she left in the capacity of Controller and Treasurer.  Dianne is a graduate of Houston Baptist University holding a BS degree in Accounting and Finance. She is a licensed CPA and an active member of the Houston CPA Society where she serves on several committees. Additionally, Dianne is on the Board of the TSCPA and is the Treasurer-Elect of the Houston Society of CPAs. She was honored as “CPA of the Year 2009-2010” by the HSCPA. Other associations she has been involved with are AWSCPA, IIA, CEO Network Partners, WEN, WFE, Priority Associates and Boy Scouts of America. She lives in Katy, Texas with her husband of 30 years and their teenage son.

Sandra Sena, CPA  has over 15 years of treasury, finance and management experience with both International companies and in Public Accounting.  Prior to joining the recruiting profession Sandra was the Treasury Manager for Public Accounting firm that specialized in treasury, tax and family office services for high net-worth clients. Before moving to Houston in 2002 Sandra worked for MCI & Lenox in Dallas where she worked with Capital Spending, PP&E, Inventory, Project Accounting and Financial Analysis for multiple foreign operations. Sandra obtained her degree in Management from UT El Paso and took additional accounting classes from UT Dallas to obtain her CPA.  She is a member of the Houston CPA Society and serves on the CPAs Helping Schools & CPE Program Development & Marketing committees. Sandra resides in West Houston with her husband and their two young children.

Brian Truax  is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the C.T. Bauer College of Business obtaining a BBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship in 2008.  Prior to joining Metcalf Resources Brian was with Tatum, LLC as a Recruiting Associate.  In addition to the Research and Technical Support work Brian does for Metcalf Resources he is an entrepreneur.  Brian is the Alumni Association Director of the Wolf Center of Entrepreneurship Alumni Association and the owner of True*Tech Solutions, a Technology Consulting firm. Brian is a native Houstonian, originally from Sugarland now residing in the Washington-Memorial Park area.
