Metcalf Resources was formed in January 2002 as a boutique, woman owned recruiting firm specializing in the recruitment and placement of Accounting, Finance, Audit and Tax professionals. Our clients are small to large middle market companies, typically $25 million to $5 billion in revenues, who engage our services to recruit from a single Controller to multiple financial positions within a shared services team.
Our recruiters are CPAs who have been Managers and Controllers in Public Accounting and Industry. This direct experience enables us to better understand the needs of our clients and the skills of our candidates, resulting in quicker, quality matches that stand the test of time.
In 2010 we expanded our services to include temporary staffing for accounting needs due to work overflow such as year end, leave of absence’s such as maternity and for project work such as system conversions. In 2011, due to increased demand by our candidates and other job seekers, we added personalized consulting services for Customized Resume, Job Search Strategy, Specific Job Interview Coaching, and Editing Thank You Letters and Emails.
